Abstract

|
This paper presents on a patient of post-operative complications, gingival swelling and erythematous, at 1 week after bone graft using 4.5 cc of DMB incorporated with rhBMP-2 (Bio BMP2, Cellumed, Seoul, Korea) on maxillary large cystic defect and bone remodeling result after six months. Based on this patient, the reason of post-operative complication and the effect of DMB incorporated with rhBMP-2 on a large cystic defect were discussed.
